- For item with engraving, buyer needs to pay at least 50% deposit before order being process.
- Engraving wait time 1 day. Order before 5pm can collection on the next day
- Urgent order to collect on the same day at extra cost
- For ring engraving can be done either on the inside or the outside.
- No exchange, No refund for item with engraving.
